As awful as it may to realize it, I think it is important we understand that this is how these people both humans and non-humans are thinking. We should study the stages of genocide and commit to ourselves and others every day that we refuse to feed into the genocide program against humanity, and that we will not live in denial that this is happening all over the world, and has happened many, many times.
