The [[Law of Rhythm]] expresses the principle that between the opposing poles of polarity, in everything there is a manifested and measured motion of energy, a to and from, an outflow and inflow, a swing backward and forward, which expresses as a pendulum-like movement. There is rhythm between every pair of opposites, or poles, that is always undulating and always changing.
