'Cloaking' can be interpreted as positive and supportive - as in cloaking one from Negative Alien detection. It can also hold the interpretation of 'hiding' malevolence of some sort. So, depending on where or when it comes up in the HGS Template Transit sequence, can determine its meaning.

To be sure of the intended meaning, one can ask if the 'cloaking' is for protection or if it is obscuring something that is hidden.
