Quarantine Fences
Quarantine, also referred to as a "Seal".
A Quarantine, (one of many placed in the earth consciousness fields) is a dimensional frequency block recorded in our genetic material which is made from the DNA being altered within the holographic architecture of the planetary body. This impacts every living thing on the planet.
