Nature Deva Spirits or Deva refers to any of the spiritual forces or beings behind nature. The Deva Chan is the term refers to archetypal spiritual intelligence behind species, in other words the group soul of a species.

The Divas are of an angelic type of lineage and they are related to our solar level angelic hierarchy. The Devas are an order of intelligence that oversee almost all aspect of creation in the levels of blueprint and the patterning that creates order, organization and the vital essence bodies of every living form. Nothing can exist in this world of form without the direct, I would say, participation or supervision of a particular Devic entity behind it. To understand Devas is also to understand it is a level of intelligence and we can work with Devas at all kinds of different levels. There are Devas in the Devic realm that oversee all healing forms and methods. You can literally call upon specialized over lighting devas that work with certain levels of energy healing or modalities and call upon Divas in the form of emotional healing, physical healing, even into psychotherapy and massage. This can be extremely powerful in working with these intelligences and very helpful in applying into our own healing process. That is who the Devas are. [1]

Nature Spirits

The natures spirits traditionally work in partnership and collusion with the Devas and are actually a part of what is known as the Devic Kingdom. The nature spirits are intelligences and entities that we are closest in the physical plane. As the divas are the intelligence that creates the blueprint or the plan of the structure, the nature spirits take the plan and implement it. They are the ones that put it into action. The devas provide the order of the intelligence and the vital force to energizes and the nature force provides the action and energy of the creation or whatever is happening in the creative power that is represented in that formed template. The energy for the earth and the nature spirits of the earth traditionally has been given the name of Pan. However, there are many demonic energies infused with Pan, and so addressing the earth consciousness as Mother Earth or Gaia, is more neutral.

Etymology

The origin of the word 'deva' comes from the Sanskrit language. According to Theosophist Charles Webster Leadbeater devas represent a separate evolution to that of humanity. The concept of devas as nature-spirits was further developed in the writings of Theosophist Geoffrey Hodson. It is believed that there are numerous different types of devas with a population in the millions performing different functions on Earth to help the ecology function better. It is asserted they can be observed by those whose third eyes have been activated. In addition, it is believed by Theosophists that there are millions of devas living inside the Sun, the indwelling solar deity of which Theosophists call the Solar Logos—these devas are called solar angels, or sometimes solar devas or solar spirits. Sometimes, it is believed, they visit Earth and can be observed, like other devas, by humans whose third eyes have been activated. Theosophists believe that there are also devas living inside all the other stars besides Sol; these are called stellar angels. Some New Age sources use the term as a generic term to designate any being regarded as being composed of etheric matter--elementals, nature spirits (including the various types of nature spirits such as fairies, ondines, etc.). The pre-New Age etymology of the term is described in the article Deva (Hinduism)[2]
