[[The Spirit of Harmlessness]] 

In this meditation we will hold our intention to increase the spiritual power of Harmlessness practiced in our daily life and to transmute the influence of the lower energy centers to be governed by the higher self, bringing clarity of the light of truth to burn away delusion and falsity. Our intent is to find and practice harmlessness in thought; harmlessness in emotional reaction; and harmlessness in action in our day to day life, and to open the profound meaning of our deep relationship to spirit through our heart based feelings of love, kindness and compassion. We are cultivating our sincere inspiration toward living in harmlessness, reducing the amount of harm we cause, by doing what we can to not cause intentional pain, loss, or destruction to any living thing. For a moment bring your focus to your mental body. Bring to mind the qualities of harmlessness in your mind. What does harmlessness mean to you? Imagine you can feel the frequency and energy of harmlessness, what does harmlessness feel like to you? Allow yourself to deeply feel harmlessness in every cell and pore of your body. As you sense the feeling of harmlessness, now imagine you are radiating and sending out harmlessness throughout your body. Focus on that feeling and color, the emotions of harmlessness, and Allow your body to be an vessel of expressing the spirit of harmlessness. Imagine what your life would be like right now if you lived on this planet in harmlessness, and that you know inside your heart that no real harm can come to you.
