When paying attention to the patterns of inner dialogue, one may notice that there are front ended and back ended thoughts organized in the layers of the mind when actively communicating with others. In the practice of observer, being present to the words as they are being spoken, the communication being exchanged happens in the front end, while active thoughts surface to the top layer as you exchange information in real time. This could be called [[Surface-Talk]] of the [[Conscious Mind]]. There is a distinct difference between incoming [[Telepathy|telepathic]] communication messages from other sources, and [[Self-Talk]], or one’s own personal thoughts in the [[Conscious Mind]]. Discipline Mind
Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception.
