If the sun's path is observed from the Earth's reference frame, it appears to move around the Earth in a path which is tilted with respect to the spin axis at 23.5°. This path is called the ecliptic. It tells us that the Earth's spin axis is tilted with respect to the plane of the Earth's solar orbit by 23.5°. Observations show that the other planets, with the exception of Pluto, also orbit the sun in essentially the same plane. The ecliptic plane then contains most of the objects which are orbiting the sun. This suggests that the formation process of the solar system resulted in a disk of material out of which formed the sun and the planets. The 23.5° tilt of the Earth's spin axis gives the seasonal variations in the amount of sunlight received at the surface.<ref>[http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/eclip.html Hyperphysics]</ref>

Number 23: The example given to the moon magnetic field manipulation is that the axis of the Earth is off 23 degrees from the vertical axis to the orbit of the earth around the sun. Apparently this is not the original and organic pathway of orbit of our planet. The tilt is what causes the earth to wobble like a spinning top as it slows down. This is also why the North pole moves backwards through the zodiac, moving from the age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius. It takes approximately 26,000 years for a wobble to complete itself. It is the reason that the Number 23 appears in many different levels of manipulated events on the planet, as well as used in occult ritual to manipulate outcomes.

The number 23 has been studied by many metaphysicians, including Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson who wrote three books about the number. The number is seen by these authors as being the key to illumination and they also claim that major shifts in collective consciousness and world events can be seen in each cycle of 23 years. Well we now know why. If we use the number 23 in occult ritual we are tapping into the manipulated mind control field of the artificial lunar forces. If we do not utilize our sovereignty and self determination in Gods authority we become subjected to these magnetic forces controlling us into a subverted reality of mind control. Mind Control creates psychotic break and is the reason for these inorganic “lunar/luna” consciousness episodes in people seeking illumination through the mind. These people go insane. For many eons, as appearing in our mythological archetypes, humans have inherently understood the lunacy in the lunar forces.[1]

Ecliptic Plane

The 23.5° tilt of the Earth's spin axis gives the seasonal variations in the amount of sunlight received at the surface.[2]

Chaldean Numerology

The Four Royal Stars have assigned numbers that are are the Royal Star numbers in Chaldean Numerology. In numerology there are certain numbers which are called as Royal Stars. Their numerology from ancient Persian Astrologers is the numbers 23, 37, 51 and 65. The number 23 is assigned to Regulus in Leo for the Royal Star of the Lion. The number 37 is assigned to Aldebaran for Taurus the Bull for the Royal Star of the Bull. The number 51 is the Royal Star of Man and is assigned to Fomalhaut through Aquarius. The number 65 is called Royal Star of the Earth assigned to Antares in Scorpio.

Discordianism

The Principia Discordia states that "All things happen in fives, or are divisible by or are multiples of five, or are somehow directly or indirectly appropriate to 5"—this is referred to as the Law of Fives. The 23 Enigma is regarded as a corollary of this law, since 2 + 3 = 5. The Discordian concept of "pure chaos" may be compared to the noumenon described by Plato and Kant. It can be seen in Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea's The Illuminatus! Trilogy (therein called the "23/17 phenomenon"), Wilson's Cosmic Trigger I: The Final Secret of the Illuminati. In these works, 23 is considered lucky, unlucky, sinister, strange, or sacred to the goddess Eris or to the unholy gods of the Cthulhu Mythos.[3]

Meaning of 23

  • In Aleister Crowley's Cabalistic Dictionary, he defines the number 23 as the number of "parting, removal, separation, joy, a thread, and life..."
  • The twenty-third hexagram of the I-Ching is translated as Splitting Apart.
  • The second and third operations of Alchemy are Dissolution and Separation, respectively.
  • Normal human sex cells have 23 chromosomes. Other human cells have 46 chromosomes, arranged in 23 pairs.
  • Psalm 23, also known as the Shepherd Psalm, is possibly the most quoted and best known Psalm. Psalms is also the 23rd book in the Douay-Rheims Bible.
  • 23 is the most commonly cited prime number and the only prime number that consists of two consecutive prime numbers.
  • Two divided by three makes 0.666 recurring
