ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) ATP is a nucleotide that performs many essential roles in the cell. It is the major energy currency of the cell, providing the energy for most of the energy-consuming activities of the cell. ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism. It is one of the end products of photophosphorylation, cellular respiration, and fermentation and used by enzymes and structural proteins in many cellular processes.

Ascension Symptoms
Sometimes, our Blueprint is holding a much higher frequency and energetic download, which is accreting and not yet absorbed, and this can make the body feel extremely dense. It is important to know this is a common Ascension symptom when the physical body is acclimating to embody higher frequency. When we have Ascension Flu and exhaustion symptoms, from acclimating to new energies, this is not an entropic process. This is actually Negentropic as the body is acclimating to embody more light in the cells, and generating more ATP. At stages of Lightbody accretion, the body will experience Oscillation to Vibration Incompatibility, through the exposure to higher frequency rates in the blueprint versus the body. When this occurs, it is possible for the person to experience sensations of heavy density, shadow clearing, and as the body senses the gravitational pull, this creates pressure.
