As with all energy movement, human spiritual growth in [[Expanding Consciousness]] has developmental [[Ascension Stages]] which proceed spirally and are a [[Non-Linear Thinking|non-linear process]]. In order to heal our [[Consciousness]] we must learn how to feel. What we see frequently among our Starseeds is that many of us have very advanced areas of our beings while also working with some very un-evolved or digressed aspects. These digressed parts are from the lack of [[Negative Ego]] or [[Pain Body]] clearing which manifest as a lower [[Self Awareness]] with low discernment which often can place us in a rather skewed trajectory on the spiritual path. Our Goal in ES is to learn the path of [[Polarity Integrator|Polarity Integration]] which allows for a energetically balanced and spiritually whole being. Without self-judgment, use the following for a self -assessment of where you can apply focus and self-development in order to more fully embody the inner light and access the clarity required to know true spiritual expression of purpose.

As with all energy movement, human spiritual growth has developmental [[Ascension Stages]] that naturally [[Expanding Consciousness|expand consciousness]] which proceed spirally from the inner to outer expression, and which generally follows a [[Non-Linear Thinking|non-linear process]] of [[Awakening]] that is based within our unique spiritual [[Blueprint]]. In order to heal our [[Consciousness]], we must learn how to identify and feel into our emotional states which then help us to develop self-[[Law of Compassion|Compassion]] and [[Empathy]] that builds the spiritual foundation for increased [[Higher Sensory Perception]]. The process of becoming aware of our [[Emotional Triggers]] and sourcing the real cause of emotional pain in order to transmute internal shadows is made through self-observation and increased self-awareness.
 
What we see frequently among [[Starseed]]s is that many have very advanced areas of their spiritual being, yet they lack personal discipline and energetic [[Coherence]], because they are also acting out [[Subconscious Programming]] through unconscious shadows and being directed through very un-evolved behaviors or digressed aspects. These digressed parts are stemming from the lack of [[Negative Ego]] or [[Pain Body]] clearing which usually manifest into a lack of [[Self Awareness]] that comes with poor [[Discernment]] in daily life, which often can place them into a rather skewed trajectory on their spiritual path. Our Goal in ES is to learn the path of [[Polarity Integrator|Polarity Integration]], observing the light and dark aspects with neutrality and [[Engaged Detachment]], which allows for shadow transmutation which builds an energetically balanced and spiritually integrated multidimensional being.
