Abbreviation - DARPA or Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
DARPA - The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Defenser responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military. DARPA is the organization that holds onto the MILAB projects.
Project Pegasus
Andrew Basiago is a Washington attorney and writer that was involved in ARPA project Pegasus now known as DARPA. He was involved in this program as a child during the late 60’s and early 70’s. Andrew was introduced to this project by his father Raymond F. Basiago in 1968 at the age of 6. His father worked for Ralph M. Parson Company as a special projects engineer for the Parson’s co. Parsons Company provided process engineering, facility design, engineering for military aircraft, missiles and rockets. They also hold contracts for construction, operations of various jet propulsion facilities that include nuclear, chemical and heavy metals. Clients include BP, Exxon, Saudi Arabia and so on. They also work on projects like Titan, Minuteman ICBM bases, NASA, U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and many other military and civilian projects.
Raymond and the trainers at the Pegasus project discussed various things with Andrew including where the technology came from and how it was acquired. Tesla had discovered Radiant Energy and developed a teleportation device which was later confiscated along with all his documents by the military secret department. Basiago stated the US military had accomplished practical time travel by 1970 and had developed many different ways to travel through time. He worked with physicist from the Manhattan project on the Pegasus project. Andrew recalls working on two main projects, one in his child hood and another project while a student as an undergraduate at UCLA in the 80’s. [1]
Whistleblower Andy Basiago
"Imagine a world in which one could jump through Grand Central Teleport in New York City, travel through a vortal tunnel in the time-space continuum, and emerge several seconds later at Union Teleport in Los Angeles. Such a world has been possible since 1968, when teleportation was first achieved by DARPA's Project Pegasus. When my quest, Project Pegasus, succeeds, such a world will emerge, and human beings linked globally via teleportation will proclaim the Time-Space Age has begun." — Andrew D. Basiago [2]
DARPA Time Travel Experiments
What exactly did a seven-year-old kid do for the next five years as a participant of Project Pegasus? Well, Basiago claims that between 1968 and 1972 – a time when the United States was fixated on the space race – he was a part of several experiments that allegedly teleported children through space and time. In a 2012 interview with the Huffington Post, Basiago explained that the reason the kids were used as subjects of Project Pegasus was to determine the mental and physical effects of time jumping on children. He also revealed that children were better able in adjusting to the strains of moving forward and backward through time.
As for how teleportation and time travel was made possible, Basiago credits a teleporter technology purportedly developed by Nikola Tesla – a legendary pioneer in mechanical engineering – prior to his death in 1943. Bending the time-space continuum is supposedly achievable by harnessing what Tesla called “radiant energy,” and a curtain of this “latent and pervasive energy in the universe” is accessible through a machine made up of “two gray elliptical booms” measuring around eight feet tall which were built 10 feet apart.
When participants of Project Pegasus entered the radiant energy field, they found themselves inside a vortex-like tunnel before they reached their destination. During his stint in the program, Basiago alleges that he went back in time to attend Abraham Lincoln’s historic Gettysburg address in the latter half of the 19th century. According to Basiago, he can even be spotted in a photograph captured during the event.[3]
AI Development Projects
Recent Headlines: "The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in the US has announced plans to fund a series of new artificial intelligence (AI) research projects with millions of dollars. The agency's new "Artificial Intelligence Exploration (AIE) program" is designed to get capital to AI researchers that need it quickly. AIE awards may be worth up to $1 million each. "DARPA has established a streamlined process to push the state of the art in AI through regular and relatively short-term technology development projects," said Peter Highnam, DARPA deputy director, in a statement.[4]
