With whistleblowers, independent journalists, disclosure teams, experiencers and spiritually awakening people acting as the main platforms of relevant news dissemination of ongoing planetary events, it becomes clear how important self-leadership is. As more people choose to become public figures to help guide the paradigm shift, they should also become aware of their sphere of influence, and recognize that they have become a leader by default. If we are influencing others in this way it becomes important to have increasing levels of [[Personal Integrity]] and trustworthiness, in which all could benefit from directly improving their leadership skills. The spiritual-disclosure-ascension communities are plagued by [[Psychological Warfare]] tactics to incite meaningless dramas that confuse and derail those thrust into the leadership by default position. Thus, to develop improved leadership skillsets would deflect more of the psychological impacts and the targeted electromagnetic attacks that are specifically designed to divide and conquer spiritual communities or disclosure groups.
