The [[Yellow Hara]] Center is the 3D Inner Crystal Star portal, where higher consciousness from the soul matrix and the 2nd Harmonic Universe entered into the 3D physical matter realm and seated in the personality matrix plane. It also, as it expands, supports strengthened cardiovascular functions and the ability for the body to utilize nutritional sources for map placing maximum energy in the cells.
