Bio-Neurological impairment is used to describe many types of mental illnesses that are defined as emotional and behavioral disorders, such as Autism. As statistics for bio-neurological diseases and mental illness have skyrocketed over the last 40 years, questions need to be asked about what is changing and damaging the Bio-Neurology of the human being?
