As with all energy movement, human spiritual growth in [[Expanding Consciousness]] has developmental [[Ascension Stages]] which proceeds spirally and are a [[Non-Linear Thinking|non-linear process]].  What we see frequently among our Starseeds is that many of us have very advanced areas of our beings while also working away with some very un-evolved or digressed aspects, such as a lack of [[Negative Ego]] or [Pain Body]] clearing which manifests as a lower [[Self-Awareness]] and often this can place us in a rather skewed trajectory on the spiritual path. Our Goal in ES is to learn the path of [[Polarity Integrator|Polarity Integration]] which allows for a energetically balanced and spiritually whole being.
