From the Omniversal Guardian perspective, the Ascended Masters referenced in Theosophy teachings are considered "partially" ascended, therefore are considered as partially ascended masters. The Guardians do not reference partially ascended humans with egoic rays as "Gods", although there is controversy about that label of usage. There is a special grouping of [[Ascended Masters]] that are called, [[Chohans]] that are assigned as the consciousness spectrum of each Ray or [[Spectrum of Frequency]]. [[Chohan]] is a Sanskrit term meaning ‘lord’. These [[Solar Rishi]] masters define the laws on their Ray and through them, the light of the divine energy is designed to flow to humankind. Sadly, when the [[Universal Time Matrix]] was invaded, the Chohans were captured, cloned, copied and trapped in ways they were unable to function in their true form and function as intelligently designed. Thus, they are referred to as fallen ascended masters, or they are cloned light holograms used by the [[NAA]] to masquerade as [[Ascended Masters]].
