That means that you're free to use any of it as long as you say where it's coming from whether the Ascension Glossary or the Energetic Synthesis site, and you don't copyright the material when it's used with your other work. You can take something from the Ascension Glossary and expand on it, which is called a derivative work and even charge for it, as for example when you charge for a class and use the material in a class of yours.
