In your meditation, intend to imagine that above your head your entire body is being showered with the immense power of bright golden silver coppery light with running water plasma streams of the soft aqua living sparkling krystal waters. Then hold the intention of yourself being completely immersed in these eternal living waters embodied within the [[Grail State]]. While being spiritually cleansed under the plasma light showers, imagine you are holding your palms out with the intention to collect the diamond living waters into your palms. Then place your right hand on top of your [[Spleen]], place the left hand on top of your right hand, and then intend to consciously connect directly with your spleen, by sending it the living waters with the purpose of spiritually healing all of your 2D body parts, the sacrum and gender centers.
