As with all energy movement, human spiritual growth as [[Expanding Consciousness]] proceeds spirally and is a non-linear process.  What we see frequently among our Starseeds is that many of us have very advanced areas of our beings while also working away with some very un-evolved aspects, such as a lack of [[Negative Ego]] or [Pain Body]] clearing and often this can place us in a rather skewed trajectory. Our Goal in ES is to learn the path of [[Polarity Integration]] which allows for a energetically balanced and spiritually whole being.
