This is a type of synthetic amniotic gel fluid that is used for “preservation” of “parts”, or immersion of whole bodies, usually in a lab setting. This term also covers certain waste product excreted by certain Insectoid or Arachnid creatures which litters the astral planes. So this term was meant to cover both the use of synthetic derived fluids and gels used in the preservation of parts or as lubricant to “encase” a body in abduction or lab setting, or the sticky gel excrement substance that is found in the astral areas.
