Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) is a clear, colorless body fluid found in the brain and spinal cord. CSF acts as a cushion or buffer for the brain, providing basic mechanical and immunological protection to the brain inside the skull. CSF also serves a vital function in cerebral auto regulation of cerebral blood flow.

Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) circulates throughout and around the CNS, it stores light and energy current from our soul and spirit. The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) bathes, nourishes and protects the brain and spinal cord, as well contains the breath of life that is given from the inner spirit. A plexus of cells produce the cerebrospinal fluid in the ventricles of the brain. The CSF communicates with the brain and instructs it what to do. CSF substances regulates how new neurons are formed in the Brain, and it also receives filtered light coded information from the Thalamus. [1]
