Like the forces of nature moving effortlessly to generate power, one can learn to emulate the natural forces by allowing the body and mind to emulate nature. Be present, allow and adapt to changing circumstances easily. Learn to develop energetic effortlessness in the application of session work and throughout your lifestyle to become more effective and efficient with physical tasks. By reducing mental and physical stress and exertion in your body, one becomes more intuitive with creative solutions to resolve and clear up issues.
