Fight-Flight

From Ascension Glossary

The Fight-Flight response (also called hyperarousal, or the acute stress response) is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival. It was first described by Walter Bradford Cannon. More specifically, the adrenal medulla produces a hormonal cascade that results in the secretion of catecholamines, especially norepinephrine and epinephrine. The hormones estrogen, testosterone, and cortisol, as well as the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin, also affect how organisms react to stress.

This response is recognized as the first stage of the general adaptation syndrome that regulates stress responses among vertebrates and other organisms.[1]

It is worthy to note that the NAA covet human hormonal cascades released from Fight-Flight reactions, and hence the agenda to harvest negative emotional energy and keep humanity in hyper stress reactions.

Negative Emotional Energy Collection

Reversal Networks are collecting life force from the collective fields of all earth inhabitants and producing more subtle black forces and miasma. The much sought after spiritual energy contained in these fields is called energetic Loosh by the cabals. In this context, loosh is referred to as the emotional energy radiated by animals and humans when feeling threatened, harmed or being killed, that results in the traumatizing pain and suffering that is experienced and recorded in the body, mind and Soul. For centuries the NAA have developed and exploited multidimensional occult practices through reversal creation code. This has been given to secret societies and institutions for the purpose of Mind Control and Social Engineering, in order to harvest Negative Emotional Energy or loosh from the masses.[2]

Fight-Flight Stress Culture

Transcript: We're living in a program on planet Earth where they want everybody to be in some kind of Fight-Flight response, which essentially is a threat to our survival and it's constantly being broadcast to be in a fear of the death process. We're fearing our own annihilation and we're feeling that we're being threatened. I want you to see the illusion of that, what the fear is, the False Evidence Appearing Real. Keeping us in the fight/flight so that we're constantly in this state of unconscious being that we're being threatened and we're going to die because that's really what it is. We don't want to get stuck in the danger zone of fight/flight responses and as well because it's very unhealthy for us. This is when we can't sleep, we can't digest our food well, we're not enjoying our life, we can't relate to people we love. We feel very stressed and constricted in our body. If we're stuck in fight or flight reactions or responses sometimes we may be living in an unsafe situation and the accurate assessment is we ARE in danger or feeling threatened or we may have some unresolved Trauma from the past which the Unconscious Mind or survival brain is feeling is happening now in the present moment.

Since we're living in the fight/flight zone so much of the time on planet Earth we should learn to pay more attention to what our body is feeling. And, again in this month's newsletter we had a scale of response so that we can self assess. Where are we on the scale of stress in our body? We can have low level activation or fight/flight where we feel unease or irritability or it's a little more activated when we're feeling anxiety or maybe we're feeling angry and then at the high end of this we may feel we're having a panic attack and we may even feel rage and this is when we're getting closer to the threshold where the body switches into freeze and goes numb in the nervous system. Recognizing this that the issue with the survival brain with the unconscious is that we can't fake it out. If that's what we're feeling we've got to really face it if we want to learn how to relax we've got to create conditions for our body, for our physiology to move into a relaxed mode. If we're living with a predator, if we're working under a predator, if we're not having very basic needs met we're going to be in fight/flight on some days. A part of being able to clear fear means making lifestyle choices that help our brain and nervous system register that we are safe, that we are able to relax and keep calm.[3]
