Now as we leave third dimension that is no longer working for us and we are learning how to be in the flow. And this has been very uncomfortable for many of us because we’re not used to this at all. We’ve been trained and we’ve been told since we were very small, that if you weren’t doing and you weren’t successful and you weren’t achieving, then you weren’t a productive member, you didn't have value. So again, there’s a lot of programming we must breakthrough and understanding that this has nothing to do with our esteem or value as beings, because we are all magnificent pieces of God. So many times, we have made commitments that we no longer want to honor, but we don't know how to get out of it. And when this happens the heart and its arteries can lead to certain abnormalities and as well even irregular heartbeat, arrhythmia and things like that.
