The Sphenoid Bone is an unpaired bone of the neurocranium. It is situated in the middle of the skull towards the front, in front of the temporal bone and the basilar part of the occipital bone. The sphenoid bone is one of the seven bones that articulate to form the orbit. Its shape somewhat resembles that of a butterfly or bat with its wings extended.The sphenoid bone is the only bone that connects to all the other bones of the cranium and its movement is responsible for "milking" the Pituitary Gland to secrete its hormones.

It is divided into the following parts:

• a median portion, known as the body of sphenoid bone, containing the sella turcica, which houses the Pituitary Gland as well as the paired paranasal sinuses, the sphenoidal sinuses
• two greater wings on the lateral side of the body and two lesser wings from the anterior side.
• Pterygoid processes of the sphenoides, directed downwards from the junction of the body and the greater wings.
• Two sphenoidal conchae are situated at the anterior and posterior part of the body.

Importance of the Sphenoid

There are 22 bones that make up the skull, and the sphenoid is one of the 8 bones of the neurocranium. It is situated at the base of the skull, acting as the keystone. A keystone in architecture is the piece at the apex of an arch; it locks all the other pieces together and bears the weight. And just like a keystone holds everything together in an archway, so does the sphenoid in the skull.

The sphenoid articulates with 12 bones:

• frontal
• occipital
• parietals
• temporals
• zygomatics
• ethmoid
• vomer
• palatines

Here are some excerpts from the May 2016 Q&A: Currently, with the magnetic shifts, we're having an embodiment of the higher level of the female principle; and it has created a potential activation in our Pituitary Gland that is related to adjusting a cranium bone in our body which has mostly been dormant, manipulated, or implanted. That is the Sphenoid Bone.

This activation potential in the human body is coming online within the pituitary gland's higher functioning, which impacts the sphenoid bone which acts as the housing for the pituitary gland, but this area of our skull is a cosmic resonator of the unified consciousness of Christ. And what that butterfly pattern is in the Sphenoid Bone, is replicated in the planetary grid pattern we are discussing, which is called the butterfly pattern.

The butterfly pattern is seen in the shape of the Sphenoid Bone, which looks similar to our pelvic bone, except its inside our skull. In the 3rd eye in the center of your brain, that is the area where the sphenoid bone is, and it is shaped as butterfly wings. This bone and this area of the inner skull is a receptor and receiver for cosmic energy. When a Gridworker is working with the planetary field or Ley Lines, or when communicating or connecting with the Earth elementals, this would be the area fo the brain where you place focus. When focusing or directing energy, cosmic energy from the center of your 3rd eye into your object of concentration, this area is the point of reference point for the location of the sphenoid bone. The cosmic intelligence transmitted from the sphenoid is capable to holographically project outwards into the field into a butterfly pattern and this becomes imprinted upon the Earth grid. This intelligence field is called Dorsi Scroll language. This was an edenic language that communicated with the nature spirits, elementals, fairies and the natural kingdoms, and this language was on the planet Tiamat.

Its like saying, it's a Krystic elemental language that re-encodes the morphogenetic field pattern with this Edenic state balance, meaning the balance between the Mother and Father in union, even though I feel mostly the Mother principle when its obviously in the Earth. It's about creating a pattern which unifies the level of the planet to create what's known as those Chalice configurations. The butterfly is what seals or stabilizes the grid and then allows the Chalice pattern to flow more life force energy into that particular area.

But as a Krystic being, with an activated sphenoid, we're able to direct from our sphenoid and that particular aspect of the pituiatary gland which is unifying with our brain processes, and our pineal and pituitary access, to perform this function which is resetting the elemental patterns of the Earth grid in the Earth brain from our own brain. Meaning that we project the pattern of perfection from our own brain. ...

The sphenoid is the link, it is the keystone. Its like saying, its the Holy of Holies in the structure of God. Our body is made in certain mathematical proportions which emulate something called a Krystal Cathedral or a Krystal Palace. And within the body's mathematical alignments, the sphenoid would be considered the Holy of Holies. It's like where the Holy Spirit, the Cosmic Intelligence, is directed from the Holy of Holies, and through that particular pattern that is infused with the God source, it comes into this butterfly pattern like our own sphenoid.
